California, Mo. man arrested after allegedly losing meth in a convenience store

CALIFORNIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

On Monday, California Police Department responded to a convenience store about a suspicious substance found in the store.

According to police, the substance was field tested and determined to be meth.

Officials say that shortly after the officer cleared the scene, the officer was told that a man was in the convenience store and appeared to be looking for something.

California Police identified the subject as Adam Porter.

According to court documents, Porter is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance a Class D Felony.

Porter's bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.
