Columbia man sentenced for gun possession after 2021 shooting

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia man has been sentenced to four years behind bars.

21-year-old Gerrod Taylor pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm on Monday.

Taylor was involved in a shooting outside of the Walmart on West Broadway in May of last year.

Taylor will be given credit for any time served.
