Columbia man arrested after stabbing

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

On Saturday night, Columbia police responded to a report of shots fired on the 300 block of Hirth avenue.

When police arrived, Terence Lashae was walking into the street and layed down with his hands in the air. Police report seeing blood on Lashae's clothing and a cut to his right hand.

A victim told police that Lashae shot him but later learned that Lashae stabbed the man allegedly five times with a shank

Lashae is charged with 1st-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

Court denied Lashae bond.

No court dates have been set.
