Miller County man sentenced to 8 years in prison for arson and other felonies

TUSCUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Miller County judge sentenced a man after he pleaded guilty to multiple felonies.

Cody Umfleet was sentenced to eight years for arson and stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.

The judge ordered Umfleet to serve 8-years for the arson charge and five for stealing to run at the same time.

He was also given 90 days for unlawful use of a weapon.

Umfleet pleaded guilty to damaging a convenience store while in possession of a weapon in March 2020.
