Fulton man who ran daycare indicted on more child sex crimes in Callaway County

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Fulton man who ran a daycare is facing additional child sex crimes after a grand jury indictment was filed on Tuesday in Callaway County.
Jacob Stockglausner, 39, is now charged in Callaway County with three counts of statutory sodomy of a child younger than 12 years old and three counts of first-degree promoting child pornography. An arraignment for the new set of charges is set for 9 a.m. Monday. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond.
He is also facing federal charges in the Western District Court of Missouri including producing, distributing and possessing child porn. A judge on Wednesday in that case ordered a jury trial to be held 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, at the federal courthouse in Jefferson City.
Court documents in previous reporting in the Callaway County case say a computer with an IP address registered to Stockglausner uploaded child pornography to an online platform. While a search warrant was being executed in July 2024 at the daycare – which was run out of Stockglausner’s home -- a parent was able to identify their child in an image showed by law enforcement, court documents say.
Court information claims Stockglausner sexually assaulted a toddler, filmed it and shared it online. Additional material of other children was also found, filings in previous reporting say.
