A man was charged in Moniteau County after he allegedly stole thousands of dollars from various machines.

Kylor Rippeto was charged with stealing more than $25,000, stealing more than $750, two counts of first-degree property damage, four counts of possessing burglary tools and two counts of misdemeanor stealing.

The probable cause statement says that a man later identified as Rippeto was seen on camera -- with keys or lock picks to access vending machines and bill-to-coin changers – and took money from the machines. He took roughly $1,200 from the machine on March 13 and evaded law enforcement before damaging another machine on March 15 and taking $100, the statement says. He allegedly caused $1,000 worth of damage.

On March 16, he allegedly drilled the lock on a gaming machine and ran a $20 bill 255 times to take $5,100, the statement says. He also allegedly caused $1,000 in damage to that machine.

His license plates were eventually identified with Flock cameras.
