COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Fulton man has been charged with four felonies and a misdemeanor in Callaway County after he allegedly sexually assaulted and stalked a woman.

Owen Gray, 29, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor second-degree stalking, second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, child porn possession and first-degree property damage. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond. A court date has not been set.

According to the probable cause statement, Callaway County deputies were called to a residence for reported property damage. The victim told law enforcement that they believed that Gray had been tracking her location and that he was going to destroy her property, the statement says.

Gray allegedly told deputies that he was gathering his belongings. Gray allegedly told law enforcement that he was tracking the victim’s car with a smart phone application that involved a GPS tracker that was placed in the victim’s backpack. Gray allegedly said he did that because the victim turned off their location on SnapChat, the statement says.

The statement says that deputies looked at the smartphone app and saw a pin labeled “car.” Gray allegedly admitted to having the account, the statement says.

The victim allegedly told law enforcement about a recent occurrence where Gray raped her while she slept and sexually assaulted her on another occasion, court documents say.

Law enforcement later found child porn on Gray’s phone, the statement says.
