Daniel Penny was acquitted Monday in a New York City chokehold death last year.

The case drew national attention. Penny, a former Marine, was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely on a subway.

Penny claimed he was defending himself and others on the train after Neely got aggressive.
