According to the probable cause statement, a representative from the organization Bikers Against Predators told law enforcement that they had evidence of Hadley committing a sex crime. The group allegedly had the decoy state it was 13 years old and Hadley apparently requested explicit images and sexual favors, the statement says. Hadley allegedly told the account that “he had been with five 12-year-olds,” the statement says. The group gave law enforcement video that allegedly showed Hadley acknowledging the age of the girl, him giving the account user his address, demanding explicit videos and sending an explicit image to the account.
