Rocheport couple accused of making child pornography

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Rocheport couple have been indicted in federal court on charges of making child pornography.

Jeremy J. Cudney, 34, and Cassandra E. Cudney, 34, were charged Tuesday with making child pornography from August 2019 to April 2022. Three of the eight counts against them are for making child pornography with three victims -- one under age 12 and two under age 16, the U.S. attorney's office says in a news release.

The Cudneys are also charged with one count each of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Jeremy Cudney has been in the Howard County Jail since 2022 and Cassandra Cudney has been in the Randolph County Jail since June 2023, according to online jail records in each county.
