Fulton man charged with two counts of statutory sodomy
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Fulton man has been charged with two counts of statutory sodomy involving a child younger than 12 years old.
Larry Fritzam, 60, is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond. A court date has not been set.
According to the probable cause statement, the child told law enforcement that Fritzam routinely sexually assaulted them in 2022 and 2023. Fritzam allegedly told deputies that “it was possible” that he touched the victim in an inappropriate area and that and the victim could have touched him, as well, the statement says.
The statement says Fritzam has ties to California and Arizona.
