Lohman man indicted on federal child sex crimes

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Lohman man was indicted Tuesday on federal child sex crimes, according to a press release from the Department of Justice.

Anthony Dale Pitts-Fugate, 32, is charged with child enticement, receiving child pornography and three counts of attempting to produce child pornography, the release says.

The release claims that Pitts-Fugate tried to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity from June 1-Dec. 31, 2022, and that he received images from the victim on the social media application SnapChat.
