COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia police blocked off a portion of Sixth Street near the 800 block on Thursday night.

Police were outside of what appeared to be a duplex, with one of the front doors to the residence that appeared to have been removed.

SWAT Team members were at the scene and entered the residence with shields. A number of members walked out of the home, but did not appear to have anyone in custody.

At least four law enforcement vehicles were at the scene, including a Lenco BearCat.
