Prosecutors charged a Columbia woman and man Tuesday with three felonies each including murder for their alleged roles in a shootout that ended with one man dead.

Another man was charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution.

Quanina Lakeitha Lambert, 34, and Jordan Jarodisiah Brantley, 18, both of Columbia, were charged with first-degree assault, second-degree murder and hindering prosecution after a man was killed in a shooting late Sunday at Rice Road and Boyd Lane. Lambert and Brantley are being held in the Boone County Jail.

Police allege Lambert was inside a home on Rice Road that was apparently targeted by a group of shooters who pulled up in an SUV. Lambert allegedly gave her gun to a man at the scene.

Police found a man who was shot in the head and later died at the hospital. He was identified Tuesday as Trevon Ashcraft, 18.

Lambert's gun is still missing, police say.

Brantley was part of the group targeting the house and was seen on video wearing a black ski mask, according to a probable cause statement. He is seen on video shooting down Boyd Lane during the shootout.

Police believe he fired the fatal shot. A juvenile told police under questioning that Brantley had been shooting at the scene.

Investigators say in a different statement that they found evidence of three shooters near the building and another about 100 yards away.

Investigators used security cameras mounted inside and outside the home where the shooting happened as evidence. The video allegedly shows Lambert talking about giving her handgun to the man who had been shot.

The probable cause statement does not name the man who died. The heavily redacted statement doesn't say why the parties were shooting at each other.

The statement says video shows Lambert holding the gun, including while she had a toddler in her arms.

Shannon M. Glasgow, 33, of Columbia, allegedly drove some of the assailants to and from the scene. Security cameras also showed him standing over the dead man before going inside the apartment, according to the statement.

Glasgow was jailed Tuesday without bond.

Police said in a news release Tuesday afternoon that they had also detained two juveniles.
