Moberly woman sentenced to probation for tax evasion

HUNTSVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Moberly woman was sentenced to five years of supervised probation on Wednesday after she pleaded guilty to two counts of income tax evasion.

A five-year suspended sentence was also included for Cathy Colleen Maddix.

According to the complaint, she was accused of evading paying her income taxes from 2018-20.
