Moberly man charged with sodomy

MOBERLY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Moberly man was charged with sodomy on Wednesday.

Eric Moore, 34, was charged with first-degree sodomy for an alleged incident that occurred on Friday. Prosecutors say the victim was not able to give consent, according to the court documents.

A court date has not been set.

Moore is being held at the Randolph County Jail.
