A former Phelps County deputy who was charged earlier this year with several sexual assault charges has been charged again.

Justin Durhman, 42, of Rolla, has been charged in Phelps County again with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy from an alleged incident from 2016, according to court information. He is currently being held at the Crawford County Jail without bond. A court date has not been announced.

Durham was previously charged in another case with possessing child pornography. In another case in Phelps County, he was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy. A hearing is set in those cases for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26.

In another case, he was charged with child sex trafficking and possessing child porn. A hearing is scheduled in that case for 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18.

Durham is also facing federal charges in the Missouri Eastern District Court for sexual exploitation of children, two counts of possessing child porn and two counts of altering or destroying records. A hearing in that case was held Wednesday.

According to a Thursday press release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, after the first set of sexual assault charges were filed, another victim had come forward to law enforcement and said she was sexually assaulted by Durham.
