A Mexico, Missouri, man who was accused of exposing himself to a teenager is facing another charge for a child sex crime.

Zackery Allen Oliver, 30, was charged on Thursday with statutory sodomy. He is being held without bond in the Audrain County Jail. He was charged earlier this month with failure to register as a sex offender and first-degree sexual misconduct. A disposition hearing for the second set of charges is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3

A probable cause statement says police met with a child victim on Aug. 3, in reference to a hotline regarding statutory sodomy. The victim described an assault that allegedly occurred on June 29, according to the statement.

The victim had told three different people about the assault and the story was consistent each time, according to the statement.
