Two in custody in relation to Camden County assault case; sheriff’s office looking for three more men

CAMDENTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two men are charged in relation to an alleged assault that occurred on Aug. 7 in the Greenview area of Camden County, according to a press release from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.

Aaron Gonzalez, 25, and Ramiro Aguilar-Garcia, 26, both of Lake Ozark, were charged with first-degree assault. Both men are being held at the Camden County Jail without bond.

A motion to change the bond for Gonzalez was denied Monday. A preliminary hearing for Gonzalez is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12. A bond hearing for Aguilar-Garcia is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday.

A spokesman with the Camden County Sheriff’s Office said in an email that the victim was treated at a local hospital.

In a press release, the Sheriff’s Office said it’s searching for at least three other men: John Brennan Richardson, 22, of Springfield; Jonathan Cosme Ortiz-Gopar, 22, of Montreal, and a third unknown male.
