An Iberia woman has been charged with second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy.

Amanda Wall, 23, is being held at the Miller County Jail on a $100,000 bond. A court date has not been set.

The probable cause statement indicates two teenagers were victims and were assaulted multiple times by Wall in June. Iberia police searched the alleged victims’ cellphones.

The probable cause statement says one of the communications was initiated by one of the victims. The teenager claimed they were 18 at one point in the conversation and Wall thought he was 16 in the exchange, according to the statement.

While reviewing the other victim’s text exchanges, Wall allegedly wrote that the victim was too young after an assault, according to the probable cause statement.
