Florissant man charged after allegedly stealing motorcycle from home in Cooper County

BOONVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man has been charged with multiple felonies in Cooper County after allegedly stealing a motorcycle.

Joseph Princivalli, 32, of Florissant, is charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, first-degree property damage and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held at the Cooper County Jail on a $100,000 bond. No court date has been set.

The Cooper County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post that deputies were called to a residence in the 17000 block of Tezcuco Court for a burglary alarm. Deputies allegedly found evidence of forced entry determined that a motorcycle had been stolen, as well as possible suspect information.

The motorcycle was found at a local truck stop. The suspect, Princivalli, was located at a hotel and was detained, according to the post.
