QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you support the death penalty?

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that it would not intervene in the scheduled Oct. 5 execution of Ernest Lee Johnson.

Johnson killed three people at a Columbia gas station, but his lawyers say he has a medical condition that could cause him extreme suffering during a lethal injection. Lethal injection has come under scrutiny in recent years on ethical and constitutional grounds.
