No one hurt after shots fired in central Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Police say no one was hurt but two juveniles were detained after shots were fired early Wednesday in central Columbia.

Officers were called at about 12:15 a.m. to the 300 block of Duncan Street, near Worley Street, on a shots-fired report, according to a Columbia Police Department news release. Police found casings and a gun, according to the release.

Officers released the juveniles to their guardians, police said. No property was damaged.

Police blocked off a portion of Worley Street during the investigation.
