Police report shots fired in west Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia police say they found evidence of gunfire early Saturday in west Columbia.

Officers were sent to the 1000 block of Claudell Lane at about 12:45 a.m. on a report of shots fired, the Columbia Police Department said in a news release. Police found no property damage and no injuries were reported.

Police said no description of a shooter or vehicle involved in the incident was available.
