Columbia police report 19-year-old gunshot victim at Broadway and Old 63
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
UPDATE:
Columbia Police cleared the scene around 4 a.m. Tuesday. The crime scene investigation van was on scene until then with tow trucks removing cars from the parking lot.
CPD confirmed a 19-year-old man was shot in an exchange of gunfire around 10:10 p.m. No suspects have been arrested and no suspect description is available at this time.

A large police presence is being reported at Old 63 S and Broadway after a report of shots fired.

Columbia Police report finding 19-year-old male with gunshot wounds Monday at 10:10 p.m. Officers gave immediate aid to the victim till EMS arrived.
No suspect descriptions at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
Boone County Joint Communications closed down Old 63 S between Broadway and Hinkson Creek Trail due to the shooting.
Reporter Sydney Olsen is reporting at least 13 police cars on scene.
A spokesman with Columbia police reports officers found between 20 and 30 shell casings with damage to vehicles currently being reported.
