Several charged in connection with Pulaski County shooting

WAYNESVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that four people were arrested in connection with a shooting that sent one person to the hospital.

Online court records show Justin Young, Jysyry Stewart, Lavanta Gordon and Trevon Isaac were all charged in suspicion of the shooting that happened Tuesday night. Each faces charges of first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

The sheriff's office said deputies were called to the 20000 block of Skyview Drive around 4:11 p.m. Tuesday for the shooting.

Deputies say a man with a gunshot wound to the chest was taken to the hospital.

According to a news release sent out just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, deputies detained four people driving at the intersection of Southside Road and Route H less than 15 minutes after arriving at the shooting scene.

The sheriff's office said Young, Stewart, Isaac and Gordon were being held on $500,000 bonds in the Pulaski County Jail as of Wednesday night.
