Columbia man accused of causing $2,500 damage to area business

Malcolm Bush is being held in the Boone County Jail after he was accused of breaking a window at an area business.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Boone County prosecutors charged a man for allegedly throwing a rock through an area business' window.

Malcolm Bush, 26, is accused of breaking a window at the Andy's Frozen Custard on Trimble Road Sunday.

A witness told police Bush took two rocks from a nearby restaurant. Bush's probable cause statement shows the repairs could cost up to $2,500.

Bush is currently being held in the Boone County Jail on a $27,000 bond. Online court records show Bush is also charged with third-degree assault linked to an incident in January.
