The U.S. Food and Drug Administration gave full approval to Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine this week.

Officials hope the move will convince some skeptics who said they hadn't gotten the shot because it wasn't fully approved to be vaccinated. However, many skeptics continue to cite other reasons for not getting the jab.
