QUESTION OF THE DAY: How do you feel about Missouri leading the nation in coronavirus cases?
Data from the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention showed this week that Missouri leads the nation in the number of new coronavirus cases over the past week.
And several Mid-Missouri counties and those adjacent to them are driving those numbers.
Health experts say many people remain unvaccinated, particularly in rural areas, helping to keep the virus spreading in communities. But those same rates indicate many people aren't worried about the virus.
