President Joe Biden on Wednesday urged employers to provide paid leave for workers to get their coronavirus shots and recover from the side effects.

Biden made the announcement during a public address touting the fact that 200 million shots have been administered in the United States.

Some people who get the vaccine experience significant side effects including fever and chills, muscle aches, headaches and nausea. Some workplaces have seen labor shortages when large numbers of employees get their shots the same day and experience side effects at the same time.

Is paid leave needed for workers who get the shot? Vote in the poll below.
