UM president to give update on system standing, students returning in the fall

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce will get an update on the University of Missouri System at its virtual meeting Thursday.

UM System President and MU Chancellor Mun Choi will discuss the standing of the UM System and his current plans and vision for higher education in Missouri.

He is also set to talk about students returning for the fall semester, the outlook of MU athletics and the NextGen Precision Health Inititaive.

The meeting will be held virtually from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
