Bunceton R-IV dismisses early for gas leak

BUNCETON, Mo. (KMIZ)

Cooper County R-IV in Bunceton released early Tuesday morning after a gas leak was reported at the school.

District Superintendent Kim Anderson said students were sent home. Anderson said district officials were in the process of contacting parents as of 8:15 a.m.

The school district receives propane services from Farm-N-Home in Moniteau County. Workers were called to the school to locate the leak.
