Conley Road closure moved to next week

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The City of Columbia announced that the Missouri Department of Transportation has moved work for a storm pipe replacement on Conley Road to next week.

Conley Road in Columbia between east Business Loop 70 and Trimble Road will close each night Monday through Wednesday. The closures will occur 7 p.m.-6 a.m. each night, the release says. Driver should plan alternative routes.

Work was originally expected to occur this week.

The closure is a part of the Improve I-70 Project, which will add a third lane to Interstate 70 from Columbia to Kingdom City, and eventually the rest of the state.
