CFD responds to morning crash on Highway 63 at I-70 connector

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Fire Department and officers with the Columbia Police Department responded to a crash on Highway 63 at the Interstate 70 connector Friday morning.

ABC 17 News crews arrived on scene just before 7 a.m. and saw a vehicle on its top along with two CPD vehicles, a CFD firetruck and one Missouri State Highway Patrol vehicle.

Boone County Joint Communications sent out an alert at 6:36 a.m. urging drivers to use caution and avoid the area if possible.

It's unknown if anyone is injured or how many vehicles are involved.
