Vehicle flips on Business Loop 70 in Columbia, westbound lanes reopen

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The westbound lanes of Business Loop 70 in Columbia were closed on Friday after a vehicle turned over around 4:20 p.m.

The crash occurred near the Subway Restaurant across from Hickman High School.

A reporter saw one person going into an ambulance. A second vehicle was involved in the crash. The flipped vehicle was towed away at 4:53 p.m.

At least eight emergency response vehicles were at the scene. Additional vehicles were parked on Seventh Street and first responders were talking to several people.

No one appeared to still be in the flipped vehicle when ABC 17 News reporters arrived.

ABC 17 News is working to learn more information.
