WATCH: Traffic backs up on westbound Interstate 70 after crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

An apparent crash involving a tractor-trailer backed up traffic on Interstate 70 in Columbia on Friday afternoon.

The crash was reported near the Providence Road exit and traffic could be seen at a standstill on the I-70/Highway 63 connector at about 5:30 p.m. Both lanes were reopened a little after 6 p.m.

Other details were not immediately available.
