Events to affect Columbia traffic over weekend

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Several events this weekend will affect traffic in Columbia.

Shakespeare's Pizza is celebrating its 50 anniversary Saturday with a party at its downtown location. The event will close Ninth and Elm streets from 6 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday.

Mid-Missouri Pridefest will cause closures on Park Avenue, James Street and Orr Street starting Saturday. The festival includes a parade Sunday afternoon.
