Stolen Shakespeare’s vehicle recovered in St. Louis County

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Shakespeare’s Pizza has announced on its social media that a delivery vehicle stolen from its West Broadway location has been found in the St. Louis area.

The business stated on its social media that a silver 2018 Kia Soul with the Shakespeare’s logo on the side was stolen at 12:38 a.m. It stated at 11:41 a.m. that the vehicle was found.

A St. Louis County Police spokesperson told ABC 17 News that the vehicle was found at 11:47 a.m. in the 1900 block of Fowler Avenue. No one was in the Kia when it was found. The spokesperson told ABC 17 News that the investigation is ongoing.

The popular local pizza restaurant has three locations in Columbia – Ninth Street, West Broadway and Peachtree Drive.
