QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you agree with the Columbia City Council’s rejection of the Fusus video system?

The Columbia City Council voted Monday against a video surveillance system that caused concerns about privacy.

The council in a 4-3 vote rejected the Fusus system requested by police. The system would have allowed police to tap into video systems at businesses and other places, but only with the camera owner's permission.
