COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Police Department issued a call for help Friday to find a man who went missing last month.

Clayton Jacobs, 58, was last heard from on July 25 when he spoke with his mother on the phone, Columbia Police Department spokeswoman Brittany Hilderbrand told ABC 17 News.

The department issued the call for help finding Jacobs on social media.

CPD said Friday that Jacobs's neighbors saw him leave home on a white Honda Ruckus scooter.

Jacobs is a white man with brown eyes and dark, wavy hair. He wears glasses.

Police say anyone with information about Jacobs' whereabouts should call 911 or CrimeStoppers at 573-875-TIPS.
