Columbia Public Schools officials talk budget, internet agreement

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Public Schools Board of Education discussed the district's budget and an internet agreement at its work session Thursday.

CPS leaders heard a budget presentation for the 2020-2021 school year that included additional funding expected from the CARES Act.

The board also reviewed internet agreement with T-Mobile that would provide CPS with an additional 300 internet connection devices for students and staff without home access.
