COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A spokeswoman with the Columbia Police Department said officers responded to a Paris Road gas station Thursday afternoon for a disturbance involving a gun.

An ABC 17 News crew reported seeing at least five police vehicles with their lights on at the Fast Lane gas station in the 2100 block of Paris Road around 1 p.m. The news crew said officers were speaking to people at the gas station.

CPD spokeswoman Brittany Hilderbrand said Friday morning officers were dispatched to the gas station for a domestic disturbance involving a gun. Hilderbrand included the call is part of an ongoing investigation.

As of Friday, it's unclear if anyone was arrested or if any people were hurt in the disturbance.
