Isolated power outages possible in southeast Columbia

Nearly 2,000 Columbia Water and Light customers are without power Saturday morning.

Nearly 2,000 Columbia Water and Light customers are without power Saturday morning.

Power went out for 1,977 customers of Columbia Water and Light Saturday morning.

According to the city's outage map, the outage started at 9:07 a.m.

Columbia Water and Light posted to its Facebook page that the power has since been restored. However, crews are continuing to work on the issue and officials said there could be isolated outages.

A downed tree on power lines on Ashland Road caused the outage.
