Endanger Silver Advisory canceled for Cole County man

COLE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Cole County Sheriff's Department has canceled an Endangered SILVER advisory for Louis Anton Toebben.

Toebben, an 80-year-old white man from Jefferson City was reported missing after leaving his home on Toebben Lane in Jefferson City at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday. The advisory was canceled at 2:50 p.m. after he was found safe.

The Cole County Sheriff's Office said earlier that Toebben is diagnosed with Dementia and hallucinating. Toebben has gray hair with blue eyes and is wearing unknown clothing. He is described as 5'11 and 190 pounds with a scar on his chest from a procedure.
