Boil advisory issued for Camden County PWSD customers at Shawnee Bend

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A boil water advisory was issued by the Camden County Public Water Supply District No. 4 for customers at Shawnee Bend, including Porto Cima and The Villages, a Wednesday press release says.

According to the release and the district’s website, the advisory was issued because of low water pressure in the system that was caused by maintenance to a well.  The release later refers to it as a water main break. The release was sent at 10:09 a.m.

The release says updates will be posted to the district’s website.
