Camdenton man killed in Highway 54 motorcycle crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Camdenton man died late Thursday after his motorcycle hit a median cable barrier, the Missouri State Highway Patrol says.

Dennis Harmon, 48, was riding his 2017 Harley-Davidson on Highway 54 near Linn Creek a little before 11 p.m. Thursday when the motorcycle went off the road and hit a median barrier cable, the highway patrol report says. He was pronounced dead at Lake Regional Hospital.

The report says Harmon wasn't wearing a helmet.
