Camden County Sheriff’s department arrest suspect on drug charges

MACKS CREEK, Mo. (KMIZ)

Camden County Sheriff's department arrested a man for drug charges after a tip about an underage party on Thursday night.

According to the probable cause statement, Deputy Easley responded to the party and found Joseph Rea. According to the release, Deputy Easley could smell marijuana emitting from the residence while he talked to Rea.

According to the statement, several under age juveniles were located in the home and showed signs of impairment. The deputy reports calling parents and sober drivers for the juveniles.

During the investigation, the deputy reported seeing a bong and marijuana in a bedroom. In another bedroom according to the probable cause statement, the deputy found marijuana plants growing.

Rea is charged with manufacture of 35 grams or less marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and minor visibly intoxicated/blood alcohol content more than .02% - 1st offense.
