Crash kills Camden County man
CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Camdenton man died when his SUV went off the road and overturned late Sunday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says John Wood, 35, was driving on Old Morgan Road near Highway 54 in Camden County at about 10 p.m. Sunday when his 2001 Mercury Mountaineer went off the road. Wood's vehicle hit an embankment and overturned before coming to rest on the road, according to the patrol.
Wood was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
