Heavy law enforcement response in west Boone County Sunday afternoon

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

There was a heavy law enforcement presence in a Boone County neighborhood Sunday afternoon.

At least 10 Boone County Sheriff's Deputies were on Dometrorch Road, just west of Midway and I-70, around 2:30 this afternoon.

Deputies worked that neighborhood for about 45 minutes before they split up and went to different areas of the neighborhood.

ABC 17 asked the Boone County Sheriff's Office what caused this heavy law enforcement response, but has yet to learn the answer.
