Columbia man hurt in two-vehicle crash in Boone County Saturday

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia man was seriously hurt in a two-vehicle crash Saturday night in Boone County, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred when Randall Fisher, 27 was driving Northbound on Missouri 763 when he, and a 17-year-old girl switched lanes at about the same time. Fisher was allegedly speeding, and crashed into the back of the girl's car.

Fisher was ejected from the car, and taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The girl was not hurt.

Troopers say his car was totaled in the crash. He also was wearing a seatbelt.
